Using books to enhance a child’s understanding and increase his/her expressive language

You can use a book to expand a child’s
• Vocabulary (doze, clattering, jog, twirl, deserted, lead, frost, beware, mast, knight, foam)
• Understanding of concepts (weary, early, excellent, overhead, lonely, faster, out)
• Ability to understand questions
